Effective 12/1/23: We will only install NEW appliances. We are no longer able to install used cook stoves and other appliances due to the higher risk of faulty equipment.
At times you may find yourself needing an appliance installed, repaired, or removed from your home. We are here to help make sure these services are done for you safely!
If at any time you smell propane in or around your home, call our office immediately to report it!
Hourly Rates
When work is done at the property, for installs or repairs, there is an hourly labor charge.- $60/hour, 1 hour minimum
Parts
In most cases, we will be able to provide the majority of parts needed for installs and repairs. If we do not have a part on hand, we will order it for the customer through our vendors or customers may order their own parts. Keep in mind, parts can be tricky and we always strive to get the best, most safe parts for our customers. One exception to this is conversion kits for stoves, dryers, and heaters. Many appliances sold in the Salt Lake area are default to natural gas which will have different orifices. Appliances will come with conversion kits that we can change out during install. Remember to ask your salesperson or store for these kits. If they do not have them, they will have to be ordered before any install.
It can be dangerous to install any appliance without properly converting it prior to install.
Scheduling
While we will always respond to emergency calls for leaks and breakdowns, it is important to plan ahead for any and all appliance installs and conversions. During colder months, installs and repairs are not always a priority as emergencies can arise at any time. We prefer to have at a least a week's notice in order to be able to properly schedule and prioritize calls.
